USBR Conformation Classes and Breeds
The USBR is built around dog breeders and people who want to show their dogs, keeping this in mind the USBR has decided the following break down of breeds and classes will work best for the dog community. Keep in mind we may make changes to fit with our clients but here are the basics.
The USBR recognizes and registers dogs for the following breeds:
- All Breeds with 3 generation pedigree
- American Bully with varieties: Standard, Pocket, Xl , Classic and Extreme
- Exotic Bully-with varieties: Standard and Micro

Each breed or variety has the following class break down:
- Pre-novice 3-6 months (no points)
- Puppy 6-12 month
- Junior 1-2 years
- Adult 2-3 years
- Senior 3 & up
- Bred by (owner must be breeder or family member)
USBR Show Point System

Regular Dog Classes
- All dogs will get 10 points for 1st place in the class (even if there is no competition)
- 1st place winners from each class will compete for best female or best male
- Dogs can only compete in one class/variety or breed per show
- Reserve best female and reserve best male will be given out in case the winner is found not to be eligible for win
- The best female and male/and best of varities will compete for best of winners
- In order to recieve points for best female and best male or best of winners there muist be competition (at least one other dog in competition or group)
Championship requirements
In order to earn a USBR Champion title your dog needs to complete the following:
- Your dog should be confirmed by the USBR office before entering the class.
- You are responsible if your dog does not meet the requirements.
- Champion class must have at least 3 dogs competing in order for wins towards grand champion to count.
- Reserve champion will be awarded in case the winner is found to be ineligible for win.
Grand Champion requirements
In order to earn a USBR Grand Champion title your dog needs to complete the following:
- Winning the Champion class over at least 2 other Champions
- Winning Best of Breed over at least 1 Champion or Grand Champion
- Winning Best of Breed over 5 dogs
- Win a Best or Reserve Best in Show with 5 or more dogs competing
- 5 Grand Champion Legs must be earned in any combination under a minimum of 3 different judges
- Only one leg may be earned per show
Grand Champion Class
- Your dog should be confirmed by the USBR office before entering the class.
- You are responsible if your dog does not meet the requirements.
- Only 1 Grand champion will be selected as winner.
Best of Breed
Best of Breed (BOB) will consist of the following for each breed:
- Best of Winners
- Champion class winner
- Grand Champion class winner
- BOB winner will recieve 1 point for every BOB win for USBR Top 20 for each year
- USBR show results will be posted on the website each month
Best in Multi Breed show (BIMBS)
- The BOB winners from each breed will compete in BIMBS
- There will be a BIMBS and a Reserve Best in Multi Breed Show (RBIMBS) awarded at each show
- The BIMBS will recieve 2 point for their breed USBR Top 20
- The RBIMBS will recieve 1 point for their breed USBR Top 20
